Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you want to cancel or reschedule
any changes you want to make.
In the event of cancellation 24 hours before the appointment, the full amount of the treatment paid in advance will be refunded.
In case of changes within 24 hours before the appointment, we charge a fee equal to 50% of the planned service.
Changing the planned service to a shorter or cheaper service is no exception to this.
