General Terms and Conditions

By booking or ordering, you automatically accept the terms and conditions set out in the GTC.

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) apply to wellness services and products available on our website (hereinafter: https://thespaart.hu/).

2. Operator

3. Wellness Services

You can order wellness services by paying the full price of the service after booking an appointment. The purchased service will be performed at the time booked by the Buyer. You can find further information about booking and cancellation in the “TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE OF SERVICE” section.

4. The buyer accepts that the following cosmetic products and devices will not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons:

– Hair masks

– Shampoos

– Oil elixir hair conditioners – Combs

– Jade roller and gua sha devices

5. In the case of the above products, the buyer is not entitled to a refund or exchange, unless they arrive to the buyer in a defective or damaged condition.

6. If the buyer receives a defective or damaged product, he must immediately notify the webshop of the defect or damage. In this case, the webshop will review the matter and, if justified, replace the product.

7. Shipping costs are indicated during the purchase process when the buyer selects the shipping terms. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.

8. Free shipping is available for personal collection at the Aqua Head Spa Budaörs salon.

9. The webshop reserves the right to allow a return or exchange in individual cases, in justified cases, considering the circumstances, even if the product is considered a hygiene product.

10. Average delivery time, i.e. delivery of the order, is 5-7 working days from the date of payment for the order.

11. By booking and ordering any service, the customer automatically declares that he/she has read, acknowledged and accepts the Privacy Policy and the GTC.

-TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE OF SERVICE-

At Aqua Head Spa, our mission is to provide all our guests with an extraordinary beauty experience, combined with the highest quality customer service. In order to protect our guests, employees and Aqua Head Spa, we follow the following rules:

Reservations

– We ask all our guests to make an appointment in advance to use our services in our salon. – Guests arriving without an appointment should note that availability may be limited.

– Appointments can be booked via www.aquaheadspabudaors.hu.

– Please note that a debit or credit card must be available for booking.

– Please inform us of any allergies, previous reactions to other products or any other health concerns at the time of booking.

– After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation message sent by an automated system.  Please do not reply to the confirmation message as we cannot process it.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change and a change of date is unavoidable. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel, reschedule or make any changes. Any changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. This does not apply to changes to a shorter or cheaper service. In this case, you will be charged 50% of the original service plus the service fee for the service performed. If a guest attempts to call the salon but is unable to get through, the guest is still responsible for leaving a text message or email so that Aqua Head Spa has a message and timestamp of when the change was requested. If the timestamp and message do not indicate that it was 24 hours before the scheduled service, or if there is no text message or email at all, then the policy still applies. A reminder will be sent by our automated system 48 hours prior to the appointment. Please note that reminder messages are a courtesy service. All guests are responsible for keeping their appointment, whether or not they received a message.

Guests who cancel multiple times, whether within 24 hours or beyond, may not be able to book any more appointments. The cancellation limit is set by the salon for each guest. If a guest decides to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to an appointment after payment for the service has been made, the payment will be refunded if the request is made before the 24-hour window. If the request is made within 24 hours of the appointment, Aqua Head Spa reserves the right to retain 50% of the paid service fee as a penalty fee.

Late policy

It is recommended that all guests arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointment. If you will be late for any reason, please call the salon as soon as possible. If a guest is late, Aqua Head Spa cannot guarantee full service. Depending on the extent of the delay, we may need to reschedule the appointment to another day or may be able to offer a shorter option to late guests; however, the full cost of the scheduled service will still be charged. Late arrivals are only allowed at the salon’s discretion.

No-show policy

Aqua Head Spa reserves the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service as a “No-show” fee if a guest fails to arrive at their scheduled time without prior notice or cancels/reschedules their appointment 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. If the guest shows up at the salon for their scheduled time but then decides not to use the service, this will be considered a “No-show” and we will charge 100% of the original time.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased directly by contacting the selected salon. Send an email to ahs.budaors@gmail.com and we will contact you. Gift vouchers will be sent in PDF format. Each gift voucher has a unique code. Please note that gift vouchers offered by other third parties are not valid in our salon. Aqua Head Spa requires the unique code of the gift voucher to redeem it. The unique code on the gift vouchers is located above the expiration date. Aqua Head Spa does not accept photos, scans, etc. that do not contain the code. Aqua Head Spa is not responsible for gift vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without permission.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable, cannot be used with other promotional offers, and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate. Please note that our salon services and retail products are subject to tax, while gift certificates are not. Therefore, any transaction exceeding the amount of the gift certificate must be paid for in cash or by credit card. Gift certificates cannot be used for tips. Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The expiration date cannot be extended.

Aqua Head Spa is not responsible for situations where a gift voucher has expired and its owner would like to redeem it after the expiration date, except if there is no availability in the booking system before the expiration date, in which case the date of the booking will be taken into account, only if the guest indicated their need to use the gift voucher and provided its unique code when booking. Gift vouchers are considered a monetary amount and can be used for any service in a given Aqua Head Spa salon. Gift vouchers can also be redeemed for retail products available in the salon. If you have an Aqua Head Spa gift voucher, please inform us of this when booking!

 

Customer satisfaction

At Aqua Head Spa we strive to provide the best hair service possible. Our intention is for all of our guests to leave satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair service, please contact us within 10 days of the service. While we are unable to refund the service fee, we will be happy to resolve any issues that may arise.
